When the practice closed unexpectedly — illness, holidays — patients had nowhere reliable to check. Contact details were hard to find. Cancellations tied up the phone needed for new bookings. Staff needed a way to publish news and keep opening hours accurate without waiting on a developer.

The cancellation address sees heavy use, so the schedule stays cleaner and the phone stays freer for new appointments. After one server failure, restore took under ten minutes with no meaningful downtime. Patients find information more easily; the clear layout helps visitors get where they need faster.
