Email & Presence gives your team professional mailboxes on your domain. Hosted in Germany. We set up the mail stack we operate — then you pick a plan by mailbox count, domains, aliases, and storage — with a 99.9% monthly target (SLA credits).
How pricing works
Every plan includes a €50 one-time setup (domain, DNS mail records, and first mailboxes), then a monthly fee. Annual billing saves two months (pay for ten). No minimum term. Ordinary termination requires 30 days’ notice to the end of the month. Platform backups retain seven days for disaster recovery on our side; they are not a self-serve restore product. Mailbox migration from another provider is a paid add-on from €75. Outbound sending is rate-limited per tier (msgs/min) to protect deliverability; bulk or newsletter sending is governed by our Acceptable use policy — not sold as a mass-mail product. All tiers: 99.9% monthly target (SLA credits) on the HDS mail stack — details on our Service Level Agreement page. This offering is hosted in Germany.
